Coolhull Farm is a family-owned Irish company founded in 1990 by Tomás Murphy who began making ice cream using a classic Italian recipe on his dairy farm, at Coolhull, Co. Wexford. The company specialises in dairy and makes a full range of premium ice cream, baked desserts and dairy desserts using the raw milk and cheese from their dairy and biscuits from their bakery. The quality of their desserts is what differentiates Coolhull Farm and the combination of key farm fresh ingredients and processes delivers an extra special memorable taste.
Our exclusive Christmas desserts have been created by Coolhull Farm in conjunction with our expert innovation and buying team. Together, we have created a pre-portioned Christmas Pudding Cheesecake and an Individual Cheesecake Portion to suit a variety of menus. Each dessert showcases both festive and on-trend flavours. They were developed with the hospitality sector in mind, offering dessert solutions for ease of use whilst not sacrificing on flavour or quality.
